- Lab Safety and Compliance: Act as the Safety Officer for the Stocker Group, covering biological, chemical, and laser safety. Introduce and train new lab members or visiting researchers, organize annual refresher courses, and develop safety concepts in accordance with ETH and federal regulations. Serve as Safety Coordinator for the Institute for Environmental Engineering, advising on lab safety, waste management, and protocols in shared Institute spaces.
- Cleanroom Work and Microfabrication: Fabricate microfluidic molds and develop new protocols for device production.
