Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial for providing exceptional support and fostering long-term relationships with our strategic customers. As the champion for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their voice is heard throughout our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable customer support services for strategic customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and ESCATEC to establish organic growth and achieve the company’s goals.
- Act as the ambassador for customers, effectively communicating all requirements to relevant departments.
- Manage customer relationships at all hierarchical levels with professionalism.
- Prepare customer account development plans and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategies and measures.
- Ensure efficient costing during quotations, provide feedback, and negotiate prices to close deals successfully.
- Direct and steer internal cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and meet customer expectations.
Job Requirements
- Professional qualification in a commercial or technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial, technical, or commercial environment.
- Proactive involvement in managing and building relationships with customers at all hierarchical levels.
- Proven track record as a successful salesperson.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
