What to Expect in This Varied Role

  • Participation in renovation and refurbishment projects amid ongoing hospital operations.
  • Management of the replacement of major medical equipment such as CT, MRI, and surgical technology from planning to commissioning.
  • Coordination among doctors, nursing staff, technical teams, medical technology staff, as well as external planners, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Organization and support of construction sites, appointments, inspections, tests, and training sessions.
  • Assistance in preparing decision-making documents for stakeholders and management.
  • Ensuring a smooth project process while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Direct contribution to improving patient care through modern infrastructure projects.

What You Bring

  • Technical training at HF/FH level, for example, in building technology, HVAC, construction management, medical technology, or technical facility management.
  • Several years of experience in construction, renovation, or technical infrastructure projects.
  • Interest in technically demanding projects and modern hospital infrastructures.
  • Proficient knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
