Your Crew

Join our multidisciplinary team of 11 engineers, where you will assist in the industrialization and support of serial production of launch vehicle structures. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating closely with development engineering and our operations organization, engaging with a wide range of technologies. Our collaborative and lean organization fosters creativity and professional growth, supported by highly skilled experts. Your Mission

  • Write technical documentation required to perform manufacturability tests for flight hardware, execute and report.
  • Support the continuous improvement process by implementing lessons learned into manufacturing documentation.
  • Assist in the planning, documentation, and execution of maintenance and repair work of production means.
  • Enhance our manufacturing processes through rapid prototyping (design and 3D-printing) of jigs and tools with fast iterations.
  • Work on Corrective/Preventive actions to increase the quality of our products.

Your Story

  • Master or Bachelor student in Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering, currently in at least the 5th semester of your Bachelor.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and/or with composite materials (CFRP) is a plus (but not a requirement; you are here to learn!).
  • A critical thinker who enjoys tackling challenges and independently finding optimal solutions.
  • An excellent team player, ready to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Good command of German and English (minimum B2), as both languages are used on a daily basis.
