Responsibilities
You will coordinate our communication channels and tailor content to suit the target audience. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of communication strategies and coordinate events for Lufthansa Group Sales, Distribution & Marketing.
- Create and distribute commercial news
- Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for internal campaigns to onboard, inform, and engage employees
- Produce visual content, including videos, for internal communication channels
- Support in the design and technical maintenance of internal websites and digital platforms
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal digital marketing efforts
- Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication activities
- Assist in planning and execution of internal events and webcasts

Requirements
- Workload Specification: A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in Marketing & Communication or related fields.
- Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, content creation, and video editing.
- Basic knowledge of website design, CMS tools (e.g., SharePoint), and technical implementation of digital content.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, self-driven team player with an open mindset, high commitment, and flexibility.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- High motivation to proactively take over tasks.
