Job Description

Your Mission

As an Interim Digital Marketing Manager in Real Estate, B2C Marketing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining momentum across key projects and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring continuity and high-quality execution for brands such as ImmoScout24, Homegate & Flatfox. This role allows you to work on Switzerland’s most well-known Real Estate Platforms while contributing to our overarching goals and mission. Join our dynamic team, located in six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing.

Specifically, you will work on:

  • Channel Planning & Execution: Support the implementation of digital marketing activities across the most relevant channels for our products.
  • Ad Operations: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather copy, videos, and images for digital campaigns.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Ensure analytics and tracking are set up correctly, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports.
  • Campaign Experiments: Assist in designing, running, and analyzing marketing experiments with our internal experts.
  • Analytics & Insights: Use available tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • ATL Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of cross-channel ATL campaigns, from creative iterations with agencies through to media planning and rollout.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to keep messaging and branding consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the ride?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in project management.
  • Distinct analytical skills – experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), or Tableau is a strong advantage.
