Your Opportunity

Do you want to apply your clinical expertise where it makes a real impact? At the Clinic Im Park, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the future of intensive care in a newly created specialist role and as a member of the leadership team. Our SGI-certified intensive care unit, equipped with six beds, manages a challenging interprofessional patient spectrum with a focus on cardiac and visceral surgery. Training NDS students is also part of our mission. In your role, you will combine approximately 20% of development and conceptual work with participation in shift operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development and management of tools to ensure nursing and medical quality in accordance with SOP & evidence-based standards, along with the creation and support of nursing concept implementation.
  • Targeted, situation-specific application of evidence-based nursing knowledge and techniques, while advising colleagues on nursing-specific concerns within the intensive care unit.
  • Case and progress monitoring, moderation of case discussions, and nursing professional conversations.
  • Active involvement in clinical improvement and innovation processes within project work.
  • Participation in the nursing specialist group at the Clinic Im Park.
  • Participating in the direct care of critically ill patients during shift operations, including monitoring and operating medical technology devices (individual duty planning possible upon consultation).

Your Profile

  • diploma as an Expert in Intensive Care Nursing NDS HF or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or equivalent; an MScN is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in an intensive care unit of a Swiss acute hospital with HSM.
  • Strong communication, methodological, and social competence.
  • Good digital skills.
  • Interest in innovation, further development, and clinical process design.
