Job Opportunity: CVCS/MCR Technician (m/f)

We are seeking a dedicated CVCS/MCR Technician to join our team on behalf of one of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Periodically checking the proper functioning of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary installations (CVCS).
  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC and sanitary equipment.
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving technical breakdowns on installations.
  • Managing and processing technical alarms using a monitoring tool.
  • Optimizing the performance and settings of regulation loops in CVCS installations.
  • Conducting measurement, testing, and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and air networks.
  • Participating in control tests and functional tests of critical installations.
  • Supervising and coordinating the interventions of subcontracting companies while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensuring operational follow-up and coordination of a team responsible for HVAC maintenance.
  • Writing technical descriptions and specifications for improvement projects.
  • Managing the supply of equipment and consumables necessary for maintenance and technical operations.
  • Providing technical CVCS availability on call 24/7 according to the team's planned organization.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A vocational diploma in heating or sanitary installation, ideally supplemented by an ES Technician diploma in building technology or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Significant experience in maintaining complex CVCS installations, preferably in a demanding industrial or tertiary environment.
  • Proficiency with Centralized Technical Management (GTC) systems, with skill in parameter settings and supervision of installations.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in the Office Suite and technical maintenance software.
  • A rigorous, autonomous, and effective approach to priority management in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
  • A strong team spirit, sense of service, and clear customer orientation, alongside excellent communication skills.
