As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas.
- Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring that housekeeping departmental standards are adhered to.
- Responding promptly to guests’ special requests for items like cribs, cots, and extra towels.
- Maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reporting necessary maintenance items for timely resolution.
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assisting other departments as needed to ensure optimum guest service.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills
