Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning duties in all apartments and guest areas. This role involves consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that housekeeping departmental standards are maintained.
- Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
- Report any necessary maintenance items.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimal service to guests.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Experience in the Switzerland Hotel Industry is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
