Do you thrive when others are sleeping, crafting the perfect cappuccino at 3:00 AM? Are you ready to greet the world, one sleepy guest at a time? At CitizenM, we don’t confine you to a role; you'll become a versatile multitasker—encompassing customer service, reception, concierge, barista, mixologist, and problem solver. As a CitizenM night ambassador, you’ll have the freedom to be yourself while delivering exceptional service. Your Typical Shift

As a night ambassador, your responsibilities may include:

• Giving every guest a warm welcome upon arrival.
• Assisting guests at our self check-in kiosks (we don’t have a traditional reception desk).
• Preparing and serving delicious hot and cold breakfast items.
• Creating exceptional coffee or mixing signature cocktails.
• Providing insider tips on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party.
• Maintaining the living room and ensuring the canteen is clean and well-organized.
• Addressing guest requests and ensuring a pleasant stay.
• Managing reservations through our property management system (PMS), including conducting the nightly audit.
• Overseeing operations during night shifts as the key holder.
• Ensuring guest safety, including in emergencies.

• Fluency in English: Additional language skills are a plus!

• Overnight: 10:15 PM - 7:15 AM.
