Job Overview

Join our team as a Front Desk Operations Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing daily operations while ensuring adherence to our established hotel standards. Your responsibilities will include managing check-in/out procedures, housekeeping, supplies, cleanliness, and most importantly, guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a commitment to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Conduct regular operations meetings with team members to discuss routine matters, departmental performance targets, and guest feedback.
  • Address day-to-day queries, complaints, or issues that arise, and maintain familiarity with branch functions and updates.
  • Liaise daily with the General Manager and Direct Manager to forecast business needs and plan accordingly.
  • Maximize financial opportunities by fostering a proactive up-selling environment throughout the property.
  • Carry out Duty Management shifts as necessary, including regular fire drills and Health & Safety audits.
  • Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all departments to ensure high standards in guest service delivery, cleanliness, and employee presentation.
  • Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, employees, guests, and any other persons on the premises.

Qualifications Required

  • Residence in Switzerland.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Persian, English, and French.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Master's degree in Hospitality from a Swiss institution.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss tourism market.
  • Able to travel between company branches in Switzerland.
