Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, embodying the Bank's values and maintaining client reception procedures.
- Maintain a neat dress code and presentation.
- Manage client room reservations and HR appointment requests.
- Answer phone calls, ensuring quality follow-up and service, while responding to the expectations of our clients and employees.
- Demonstrate proficiency with IT tools in meeting rooms, including Zoom preparation and providing necessary access codes.
- Monitor the cleanliness of client rooms and manage the service of drinks and hospitality products.
- Utilize your culinary skills by cooking, preparing, ordering, and serving customer meals, in addition to facilitating event organization within the Bank.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient logistical support for clients.
- Uphold internal security protocols and provide logistical support during evacuations.
- Possess knowledge of operational risk, including security measures and first aid.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the hotel, airline, or catering industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to fulfilling clients' requests.
- A flexible, cheerful personality with a well-groomed appearance and ability to integrate into a small team.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and reservation tools.
