The Guest Services Employee is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and memorable experience for all.
Responsibilities

- Provide information about apartment facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person communication.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
