The Guest Services Employee is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to guests throughout their stay. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide information about apartment facilities, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Handle reservations, bookings, and basic administrative tasks
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
