Job Description
Your Mission
In this highly visible and pivotal role, you will work closely with the Group Strategy Team, supporting the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives. You will directly interact with various stakeholders, including Executive and Business Unit leadership, Finance, Pricing, and Data teams.
Join our dynamic team, located across six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously learn and grow.
You will specifically work on:
- Business Evaluation: Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities at a group level and across vertical business units.
- Strategy Execution: Support the development and implementation of strategic projects.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Share key results and updates with stakeholders and assist in preparing for leadership meetings.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data, report findings, and suggest actionable solutions.
- Forecasting: Evaluate needs and create forecasts.
- Relationship Building: Foster and manage internal relationships.
