Your Mission

As an Events Coordinator, you will act as the conductor, orchestrating events (B2B & B2C) from start to finish. From negotiation to invoicing and on-site reception, you will ensure our customers are always in good hands.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of event coordination for business meetings, seminars, workshops, and private parties.
• Partnering with HQ and the Sales Manager to develop a commercial strategy and pricing policy.
• Negotiating and fulfilling event requests to contribute to our overall success.
• Coordinating with various services including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Reception to ensure customer satisfaction is always prioritized.

As an ambassador of the group, you'll share our values with your energy and enthusiasm, making every event a memorable experience.
