As a key member of the SAP Team, you will be responsible for managing activities related to the SAP PP (Production Planning) module and delivering high-quality solutions. You will lead global SAP PP implementation projects, optimize production processes, and provide solutions that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP with other modules, such as MM, SD, and QM.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the SAP PP module, covering requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions to enhance production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Configure and customize SAP PP to align with business processes and objectives.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP PP module.
- Conduct system testing and ensure data accuracy across production-related modules.
- Develop and maintain user training materials, delivering training sessions for key and end users.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Implement ongoing enhancements and system optimizations based on evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and guide the organization in adopting new features to enhance production efficiency.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
Your Profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience as an SAP Consultant in the SAP PP module; knowledge of MM and/or WM is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in requirements designing and customizing the modules.
- Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
- Experience in process harmonization and application of best practices across end-to-end processes.
- A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and a confident demeanor.
- Fluency in English; good knowledge of German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Must possess a valid work permit for Switzerland or EU citizenship.
