Global SAP PP Consultant (m/f/d)
Location: Schaffhausen, Switzerland

As a key member of the SAP Team, your role will involve managing activities related to the SAP PP (Production Planning) module and delivering high-quality solutions. You will lead global SAP PP implementation projects, optimize production processes, and provide solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, and QM.
Your Tasks:
Lead end-to-end implementation of the SAP PP module, encompassing requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions to enhance production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Configure and customize SAP PP to align with business processes and objectives.
Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP PP module.
Conduct system testing and ensure data accuracy across production-related modules.
Develop and maintain user training materials, conducting training sessions for key and end users.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Implement ongoing enhancements and system optimizations based on evolving business needs.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations, guiding the organization on adopting new features to enhance production efficiency.
Develop project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
Your Profile:
Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
Experience as an SAP Consultant in the SAP PP module (experience with MM and/or WM would be an advantage).
Strong experience in requirements design and customization of the modules.
Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum is desirable.
Experience in process harmonization, end-to-end processes, and best practices.
A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and confidence.
Fluency in English; good knowledge of German would be a plus.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Valid work permit for Switzerland or EU citizenship.
