Are you interested in advising discerning clients on complex global mobility tax and social security, immigration, global mobility compensation, mobility advisory, technology and analytics, reward, employment tax, and share plans? Then our Global Employer Services (GES) department is the ideal team for you!

Our GES team, part of our Tax & Legal division, supports international companies by adopting a people-first approach to global mobility, compliance, talent management, and rewards programs. We leverage technology to streamline processes, manage risks, and enhance the employee experience.

How You Can Make an Impact:

• Provide global mobility compliance and advisory services to international clients, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of compensation, tax, immigration, and social security matters.
• Take ownership of daily deliverables for your clients and apply in-depth knowledge over time with our coaching.
• Support our engagement team in delivering outstanding client service.
• Build a progressive working relationship with your clients, evolving into a trusted advisor over time.
• Participate in ad-hoc and service-wide training sessions to enhance your technical and professional skills.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are a reliable team player with an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset, eager to join a motivated team.
• Experience in providing compliance and consulting services to multinational companies in the areas of international tax, social security, or immigration.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a global mobility environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and strong English language skills; additional languages (like German or French) are a plus, but not necessary.
