In Global IT, we ensure an efficient and effective digital environment that supports our business in the best possible way. Our Business Modelling and Project Management Team serves as the interface between business and technical IT departments to ensure business requirements are properly understood, addressed, designed, and implemented. In this role, you will lead complex IT/Digital projects, manage IT/Digital requests, act as the product owner for digital business services, and advise our business units on suitable IT solutions and their development.
Your Tasks
Lead complex, global and local Digital/IT projects following defined standard processes.
Serve as the product owner for digital business services in close collaboration with the team and the business.
Operate, develop, and enhance an internal and external global marketplace for digital business services in collaboration with the team and the business community.
Manage Digital/IT requests according to our standard procedure based on Cobit.
Contribute to the development of the team in the application of process automation and artificial intelligence in projects and business areas.
Advise and guide internal business partners on fitting IT solutions and their further development.
Evaluate, identify, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
Utilize Low or No Code solutions such as Mendix and Power Platform when necessary.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
More than 5 years of proven project management experience leading cross-functional, international project teams; certification desirable.
Strong knowledge of business processes, standard IT processes, governance, and methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
Capability to advocate for change and demonstrate the benefits of using digital solutions over current approaches.
Experience with digital business services and marketplaces.
Familiarity with process automation and artificial intelligence applications in business.
Proficiency in Jira for managing IT requests and projects is a plus.
Experience with Low or No Code and IoT projects is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
