General Mission of the Role
The position of Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. The employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical digital platforms utilized by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors.
In addition to possessing strong technical expertise, this role demands advanced business analysis skills to effectively translate operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
Required Profile and Skills
Languages
- Turkish (min C1): Professional proficiency required for direct communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- French (min C1): Professional proficiency required to support operations and expansion in French-speaking markets.
- English: Working proficiency required for internal communication and documentation.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly in developing dashboards or internal tools.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, especially in operational or CX environments.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable navigating fast-growing, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders.
