Your Key Responsibilities

  • Creation: Collaborate with our distinguished creation perfumers to develop bold icons and market-fit fragrances tailored to consumer and client needs.
  • Support: Orchestrate project dynamics and resources alongside the Account Manager to deliver the best fragrance solutions, incorporating innovations and technologies that meet briefing needs.
  • Proactivity: Build ready-to-go collections that align with market demands.
  • Expertise: Contribute to the global expertise of the category and the development of olfactive tools.

You Bring

  • 5+ years of expertise in fragrance development within the laundry/home categories.
  • A scientific/technical background is a plus.
  • A track record of success in developing in-market fragrance solutions utilizing advanced technologies.
  • Proficiency in data-driven approaches, adept at translating consumer insights into creative solutions.
  • A broad international olfactive knowledge of the laundry market and consumer preferences.
  • A collaborative spirit and adaptability within a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
