POSITION: Founder’s Associate (100%)

This position will commence in St. Gallen for a duration of 24 months, with the possibility of an expatriate mission thereafter. We are seeking an exceptional individual—one who is highly ambitious, hard-working, and possesses a diverse skill set. You must be able to focus on detailed tasks while maintaining an understanding of the broader company vision. This unique opportunity comes with responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Governance: Involves board participation, legal matters, fundraising, meetings, and public affairs.
  • Growth: Supporting marketing initiatives and fostering partnerships.
  • Talent: Sourcing and recruiting efforts.
  • Brand & Communication: Management of corporate and founder’s branding.
  • Product: Identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities.
  • Strategy: Contributing to the company's strategic vision, analyzing markets and competition, producing business analyses, and building growth models.
  • Other: Addressing people topics, knowledge topics, and organizational needs.
  • Operations: Managing business processes, recruiting locals, and ensuring quality control of locals and experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You embody an all-rounder mindset and will work closely with the founder and the CEO-office team of LocalBini AG, ensuring business continuity and growth. The ideal candidate is dedicated, is willing to tackle a diverse range of tasks, some of which may be routine but are essential to our success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business & Technology, Strategy, Business Innovation, or International Management from a leading university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, finance/venture capital, a startup, or extensive experience in a political party.
  • At least one international experience, such as a work mission or internship abroad.
  • Strong social competencies and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside LocalBini. You should be capable of switching between diverse topics with significant impact.
  • Business acumen: Capability to think from a company-wide perspective, evaluating what is best for the business and engaging in cross-cutting issues. The ability to discern what can make a business outstanding—product-wise, commercially, and in terms of brand image—is crucial.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

WE OFFER

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in St. Gallen (on-site) for a minimum of 24 months, accompanied by a competitive salary package that includes cash and shares. The cash component is set at CHF 5,000 per month in the first year, with further increments aligned with business growth.
