- Managing and coordinating the team of employees.

- Ensuring clear and accurate reporting.
- Guaranteeing the timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Requirements
We expect candidates to have the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a site manager in civil engineering.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- A valid category B driver's license.
- Initiative, flexibility, and a goal-oriented approach.
