OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we believe it’s what you do that counts. This philosophy holds true in all that we do as staff and for our students. We are a community that values action, engagement, and participation, both inside and outside of the classroom.

Our unique holistic education is built around four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values provide a foundation for community life among our international student body.

Our students come from over sixty different countries, bringing diverse academic backgrounds and a wide range of future aspirations. With curricular programs offered in both English and French, students graduate with either an IB or High School Diploma. Small class sizes enable a flexible program, and staff are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to their teaching practices.

OUR COMMUNITY

Located in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, our school offers an enviable lifestyle with access to skiing during the winter months and a multitude of outdoor and sporting activities throughout the year. Cities like Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are all within easy reach, providing opportunities for cultural adventures and inspiration.

The Beau Soleil campus is an inspiring place to work, featuring facilities that are second to none. Our ongoing campus development and maintenance program ensures that both students and staff thrive in an environment they can be proud of.

YOUR PROFILE

Are you passionate about fitness, full of energy, and ready to inspire the next generation? Join our vibrant international school community, where action, engagement, and participation are at the heart of everything we do—on the pitch, in the gym, and beyond the classroom.

We are looking for a dynamic fitness professional to join our Fitness Programme and PE Department. If you possess a strong background in fitness and are eager to take on a broader PE role, this could be your ideal next step. You will deliver high-impact training sessions, support PE lessons, and play a key role in promoting a culture of health, strength, and resilience across the school.

In this hands-on role, you will lead group workouts, provide individual training guidance, and bring energy and structure to every session. You’ll help maintain a high-performing fitness environment, assist with PE events and lessons, and immerse yourself in the school's active life—all while building strong connections with students from around the world.

With a packed calendar of outdoor and sporting activities throughout the year, there’s never a dull moment. This is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that believes in the power of sport to shape character, build confidence, and foster community.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a schedule reflecting the school’s dynamic timetable and activity needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:15 PM to 10:00 PM, which includes evening fitness sessions, along with an additional Saturday evening session from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The position follows the school calendar (term time only, with school holidays off).
