Requirements:
- Completed further education in accounting or business administration (Accounting qualification, university degree in business administration, or similar)
- Professional experience in finance and controlling
- Professional experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP
- Interest in the manufacturing industry
- Independent and quality-conscious working style
- Socially competent, flexible, and open to personal development
- Native German speaker with good English skills
Responsibilities:
- Technical and personnel management of the small finance team in Switzerland
- Ensuring correct accounting and efficient cash management
- Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and HGB
- Management and responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensuring effective project, investment, and cost controlling
- Preparing income reports, analyses, and cost-benefit analyses
- Contributing to cross-divisional projects in the area of standardization
