To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ) to join us starting in March 2026, preferably a recent graduate.
Job Description
- Professional cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of customer properties
- Performing inspection and maintenance work on buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
- Supporting building technology tasks, including minor repairs, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned area
- Participating in seasonal activities such as green maintenance and winter services
Requirements
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ), Caretaker (EFZ), or a comparable qualification
- Driver's license/category B is mandatory
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- High reliability, quality awareness, and enjoyment of cleaning tasks
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style
- Team-oriented, friendly, and service-minded
