Job Description
- Professional cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of our customer properties
- Conducting inspection and maintenance work on buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
- Assisting in building technology tasks (minor repairs, troubleshooting, resolving issues)
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned area
- Participating in seasonal activities such as green maintenance or winter service
Requirements
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ), Caretaker (EFZ), or a comparable qualification
- Driver's license (category B) is mandatory
- Proficient in German, both written and spoken
- High reliability, quality awareness, and a keen interest in cleaning tasks
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style
- Team player with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
