To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated facility maintenance specialist (EFZ) starting in March 2026, preferably a recent graduate.
Job Description
- Professional cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of our customer properties
- Performing inspection and maintenance work on buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
- Support in the area of building technology (minor repairs, troubleshooting, resolving issues)
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned object area
- Participation in seasonal activities such as green maintenance or winter service
Requirements
- Completed training as a facility maintenance specialist (EFZ), caretaker (EFZ), or a comparable qualification
- Driver's license/category B is mandatory
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- High reliability, quality awareness, and enjoyment of cleaning tasks
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style
- Team player, friendly, and service-oriented
- Recent graduates are also welcome
