Job Description
As a property management specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning stairwells
- Cleaning and maintaining the surroundings
- Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flowerbeds, and trimming hedges and edges
- Monitoring building services
- Performing general tasks such as changing light bulbs and more
We Expect
- Training as a specialist in property maintenance, skilled trades education, or several years of experience as a building caretaker/cleaner
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Driver's license category B
- A clean and neat appearance, which is essential for our clients
- Good manners when interacting with clients and colleagues
- An eager and dynamic personality
