• Several years of professional experience on Swiss construction sites
• Resilience and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good physical fitness
• Proficiency in German
• Independent and reliable work style
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and access to a car is advantageous
