- Independent recruitment of qualified professionals and executives in the main and secondary construction industry
- Conducting the entire recruitment process, from clarifying needs to successful placement
- Maintaining and expanding the candidate and client network through proactive relationship management
- Utilizing modern tools and innovative methods in personnel leasing and recruitment
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in recruitment consulting or personnel placement, ideally within the Swiss construction sector
- Convincing and professional demeanor along with strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented, self-responsible action, and entrepreneurial thinking
- High commitment, reliability, and a passion for collaborating with people
