Project Manager Meetings Management (m/f/d) - BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland
Join our project team as a Project Manager, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting meetings—whether live, hybrid, or virtual. Acting as the primary point of contact for our service providers and partners as well as operational stakeholders on the client side, you will promote constant communication and provide colleagues and service providers with all essential information. Additionally, you will help maintain up-to-date budgets and project targets, coordinate tender processes, and support partners, ensuring seamless execution of events.
Your Responsibilities
- Several years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning are essential, with experience in the pharmaceutical sector being advantageous.
- Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills enable you to juggle multiple complex projects and schedules effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills, projecting a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
