Join our Finance Transformation Consulting team and help our clients successfully manage global challenges. Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for business clients. They determine clients' business needs, creating customized and integrated solutions, leveraging the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management Space.
• You will focus on strategic design through to technical implementation.
• Alongside our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with renowned technology providers globally and combine their tools with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.
• You will work on the design and implementation of the latest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, enabled by leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze clients' business-finance and controlling processes, evaluating the best use of analytics while working on the definition of KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a similar field, along with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting and the design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You possess a good knowledge of EPM processes, such as enterprise reporting, financial planning/budgeting/forecasting, and consolidation.
• You have strong functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with one or more technological solutions.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and German, and are willing to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
