Our Deloitte Finance Transformation consultants provide support ranging from strategic design to tool evaluation and implementation for diverse business clients. They assess clients' business needs and create customized, integrated solutions by leveraging the latest technological advancements.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will work on end-to-end projects in the Enterprise Performance Management space.
• Your focus will range from strategic design to technical implementation.
• Collaborating with our Finance Transformation Team, you will partner with renowned technology providers globally, combining their tools with our proven expertise to offer the best solutions to our clients.
• You will design and implement the latest EPM solutions for financial planning, reporting, and consolidation, enabled by leading technology providers (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
• You will analyze our clients' finance and controlling processes and evaluate the best use of analytics, as well as work on defining KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a University degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a similar field, along with at least 5 years of experience in process consulting, as well as design and implementation of EPM solutions.
• You have a strong knowledge of EPM processes, including enterprise reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• You hold substantial functional and technical knowledge of EPM processes with one or more technological solutions.
• You demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English and German, and you are open to traveling within Switzerland and abroad.
