Your Mission:
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture and influence the development team to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Define the qualifications plan for prototypes; conduct testing, analyze results, and present products at customer facilities.
- Participate in product sustainment activities; define production tests and their acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is an asset.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of development objectives.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics).
- Proficient in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++.
- Theoretical and practical experience in project management.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential for interaction with global customers.
