Responsibilities
- Rigging and de-rigging various engine types, including:
- Pratt & Whitney GTF PW1100G-JM
- Pratt & Whitney PW4000 series (PW40xx / PW41xx / PW4168)
- CFM International LEAP 1B
- CFM International CFM 56 series (CFM56-5B / CFM56-7B)
- Perform final engine test runs for Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
- Ensure timely execution and independent self-check of completed orders.
- Document activities in accordance with regulations.
- Continuously improve executed processes to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
- Work in two shifts.
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and costs.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- English proficiency at a minimum of B1+, with German as a plus.
