Your Responsibilities
- Assembly of aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
- Technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with regulations
- Timely execution of work while ensuring high quality
- Application of Lean Methodology
- Continuous improvement of processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety
- Environmentally conscious handling of resources
- Independent and economically sound decision-making
- Work in a two-shift system
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive, or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good health, able to work under pressure, and flexible
- High degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Proficient in German and good written and spoken English skills (level A2)
