Tasks
You will be part of an industry-leading Digital Retailing team responsible for managing the commercial relationship with Distribution Partners.
Steer and manage key distribution partners for LHG
Develop and execute negotiation strategies aligned with the Group's long-term distribution goals
Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships and contracts
Drive partnership growth by identifying innovation opportunities
Ensure contract compliance, monitor performance, and resolve commercial issues
Manage budgets related to partner costs and project resources
Prepare briefings and reports for internal alignment and approvals
Coordinate with LHG carriers and JV partners for a consistent approach
Represent LHG in industry forums and initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance commercial distribution capabilities

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if airline distribution with its many facets is as much a passion for you as it is for our team.
University degree or similar relevant experience
Deep knowledge and affiliation with the travel distribution industry with a focus on commercial functions (4 years)
Experience in managing providers of business-critical functions
Proven capability and affinity to lead complex commercial negotiations
Creative and proactive personality
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel approximately 10%
Profound spoken and written English skills
