Position Overview
The main purpose of this position is to lead the deployment and drive the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree (LCT) initiatives within the region, ensuring integration into the operational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the current year VipEx and LCT targets while identifying initiatives for future years and building a solid pipeline.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset throughout regional and market organizations, including ISC, commercial, and financial teams, to foster a growth-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to utilize existing resources in support of LCT and VipEx initiatives.
- Advocate for the Performance Management foundations of the Carlsberg Excellence operating framework to uncover loss-saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset across the entire supply chain.
- Embed loss awareness across all functions and markets through both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- Utilize performance management foundational capabilities—such as priorities deployment, PMS, and problem-solving techniques—to address and mitigate losses.
- Drive a continuous improvement program to enhance performance and efficiency targets for the region.
- Advance the continuous improvement of Supply Chain operations by effectively employing Carlsberg Excellence methodologies to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities across all supply chain aspects.
- Ensure all Carlsberg standard methods, tools, and processes are implemented in line with regional and global agreements.
- Train, coach, and assess the implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey, covering foundations and all pillars.
- Actively support the ongoing development of the Carlsberg Excellence Journey and its deployment training for local leadership teams, ensuring alignment with organizational needs at each maturity phase.
