YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your primary responsibilities include needs-based and customer-oriented nursing and care for patients, in collaboration with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

  • Individual nursing and care for our patients, while considering our nursing concept.
  • Recognition and management of emergency situations, initiating adequate measures until the physician's arrival.
  • Responsibility for accurate patient documentation and information transfer in your assigned area.
  • Orientation and support of new employees, trainees, and students.

Vocational Trainer Responsibilities

  • Competent guidance and support for nursing students and trainees, both professionally and pedagogically during their practical training.
  • Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Completed education as a State Registered Nurse (Diploma in Nursing).
  • Experience in a transitional or intermediate care unit is advantageous.
  • Further education as a vocational trainer or a willingness to pursue this further education.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • Professional experience in an acute hospital is desirable.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • High flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational talent.
  • Good German language skills in both spoken and written forms (Certificate B2).
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • High social competence and strong empathy.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and a knack for guiding employees.
