Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and globally-minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand awareness for Cultural Care Au Pair. Based in Zurich, you will take ownership of strategy and execution across a variety of paid digital channels, collaborating with an international team that values initiative, impact, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
- Own strategy and performance for paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, retargeting, Spotify, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and launch compelling digital campaigns—from concept to execution.
- Analyze performance, uncover insights, and drive optimization across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Forecast and manage digital budgets, ensuring we meet growth and CPA goals.
- Propose and pilot new digital marketing tactics or channels based on audience trends and competitive insights.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, with a continuous focus on new channels and competitor techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in at least one core channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) and familiarity with others.
- Analytical mindset with strong experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4 experience is a plus).
- Passionate about performance marketing with a continuous curiosity for what’s next.
- A team player who values teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Fluent or working proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility for a Swiss work permit.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
- Ability to turn numbers into stories through impactful dashboards and insights.
