The Role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Trader to join our outstanding team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills at the intersection of traditional corporate finance and the rapidly evolving Web3 space.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic management of our digital asset portfolio, which includes designing and executing trading strategies, navigating market dynamics, and implementing new financial practices.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the hands-on management and growth of ICN's digital asset treasury. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the trading book, including daily operations, real-time strategy execution, and portfolio oversight.
• Supporting the implementation of strategies to protect treasury value against adverse market movements.
• Designing and executing trading strategies based on the foundation’s balance sheet assets.
• Identifying and reporting on financial risks specific to digital assets, including market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and counterparty risks.
• Translating complex Web3 financial concepts into clear insights for traditional finance stakeholders and vice versa.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in traditional trading, along with either experience in or a demonstrated interest in crypto trading. Proficiency in trading tools is essential.
• Practical experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing on-chain transactions and implementing robust internal controls.
• Awareness of the evolving legal and regulatory landscape affecting digital asset management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
