Job Description
Join a dynamic team of 4 to 5 individuals and engage in a variety of tasks within customer service as a commercial employee. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining telephone contact with customers in the sports goods hardline shipping sector
- Processing orders and advising customers
- Resolving irregularities in order processing
- Managing recording tasks related to orders and payments
- Collaborating closely with clerks at headquarters
- Handling administrative activities such as email and postal correspondence, dunning processes, and processing returns, especially for items returned from abroad
- Utilizing databases and Microsoft Office applications
Who We Expect
The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and is ideally between 20 and 35 years old. Key attributes include:
- Team spirit, flexibility, reliability, friendliness, patience, and punctuality
- A willingness to engage with customers over the phone, even during challenging interactions
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software
- Experience in customer consulting is an advantage
- Fluent in German (Swiss German is required) with good spoken and written French skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus
- An interest in sports goods will complement your profile
