Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can expertly handle, process, and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries related to payment card transactions. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to service excellence, in line with our work instructions.
Your Tasks
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian, and English.
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to payment cards.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations in all customer interactions and processes.
- Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.
Your Profile
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French, and English.
- Soft skills required: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team, as you will be the first point of contact with customers.
