How You Can Make an Impact

As a Consultant, you'll gain hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client engagements in overcoming their most pressing challenges and seizing opportunities surrounding digital transformation, customer engagement, innovation, and technology strategies. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems, ideate solutions, and define strategic concepts.
• Shaping the definition and development of digital products in an agile environment.
• Supporting our clients in conceptualizing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels, always aiming to find the perfect balance between users, business, and technology.
• Acting as an intrapreneur, taking the initiative to further shape your personal and professional skillset through engagement in internal initiatives that you are passionate about and where you can make a lasting impact.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A master's degree from a respected university in business/economics, digital/design management, or STEM fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, showcasing a track record of delivering experience-centric digital strategies and/or solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate business issues and digital experience solutions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is an added advantage.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of clients and navigate challenging situations, establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
• A team-oriented mindset, capable of working closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, developers, and business analysts.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the value that digital solutions can bring to users and businesses.
