Join Our Team as a CSV Engineer (M/W/D)

TechFirm Industrial Services is seeking a talented CSV Engineer to join our team in Switzerland. We are excited to take on new challenges together and strive for excellence in our projects!

What Will Be Your Tasks?

The CSV Engineer will serve as a key interface between Technical Services and other departments on site that rely on CSV services. The primary aim of this position includes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for the Technical Services department to ensure compliance with global and local company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory authority standards.
• Maintain and update Validation Master Plans for all ongoing projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of computer system validation for production and QC Lab systems, including but not limited to validation plans, FMEA, RTM, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ test scripts.
• Prepare, review, and approve technical and GMP-related documentation, such as URS, impact/risk assessments, master plans, and qualification/validation documentation.

What You Should Bring With You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or natural sciences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Expertise in validating computerized manufacturing equipment within a CSV context.
• Experience in validating complex computerized analytical (lab) equipment.
• Fluent in written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Work experience in Europe or Switzerland and a willingness to join our team soon.
