Your Role
We are seeking a responsible individual to oversee our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within our IT/IS department in Switzerland. In this role, you will report to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead and will serve as the deputy Application Owner, coordinating application strategy and CRM implementation, as well as other sales and service applications. Additionally, you will act as a Process Engineer, providing consulting for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Engineering (PE):
- Collaborate with global process owners to identify improvement potentials within sales and service processes, enabled by new technologies and applications.
- Analyze and enhance processes continuously for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
- Consult with global process owners during the implementation of process optimizations in IS applications, focusing on ATURB v4 and related tools.
- Advise on business process improvement initiatives, actively engaging with global process owners for automation and optimization possibilities.
- Represent ATURB v4 in IS projects as the application owner/process engineer for assigned applications.
- Evaluate new applications and functionalities in CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
- Participate in Accelleron's process improvement projects and ensure proper implementation of IT standards.
- Application Owner (AO):
- Act as the primary contact for sales, service, and marketing units regarding ATURB V4 and related applications.
- Coordinate application strategy and implementation as deputy application owner, collaborating closely with global process owners and IT management.
- Support changes in the application from a business standpoint and build application-specific knowledge regarding business processes.
- Supervise external support providers in incident management and coordinate testing with global process owners.
- Ensure high master data quality by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead temporary work teams, sharing expertise and guiding task completion effectively.
Main Challenges
- Implementing Accelleron's business strategy focusing on processes and applications.
- Aligning and supporting processes with the IS strategy.
- Coordinating projects efficiently with internal and external delivery teams.
- Monitoring and managing escalation to ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Managing budgets for assigned applications.
Your Background
- Strong experience in process and IS environments with innovative network thinking.
- Professional change management experience.
- Proactive in conflict management and escalations.
- Project management expertise, with a preference for Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Familiarity with strategic Microsoft technologies, particularly MS Power Platform.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and mobile applications (Native, HTML5).
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft DevOps.
