Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Fresh preparation of warm dishes using a wok on a gas stove
- Fresh preparation of cold dishes
- Plating and presentation of dishes
- Assisting with all tasks in the kitchen
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Staff scheduling and creating duty rosters
- Inventory management, including ordering and stock control
